We ship to 19,000+ PIN codes across India, covering all major Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities through our courier network.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Timelines below are in business days.

• Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, we share a tracking link and number via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Secure Packaging: All products are packed in shock-proof, industrial-grade padding to prevent damage during transit.

• Battery Chemicals & Solutions: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
• Dealer / Bulk Orders: Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated based on weight and volume at the time of quotation. Please contact us for a quote.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct at the time of ordering to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before the shipment is returned to us.
• Damaged Goods: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged on arrival, please record a video during unboxing and contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9953935912 within 48 hours of delivery.
• Holiday Delays: Dispatches are not processed on Sundays and national public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day.
